Açaí, banana and oats "Vitamina" Smoothie

"Vitamina" is how you would call a creamier juice in Rio de Janeiro, usually milk based and mixing one or more fruits. It's usually meant to be grabbed on the go, and give you a little energy boost. With energy packed açaí as the main ingredient, this here would definitely be called that.

If you want, feel free to use another milk substitute or even regular milk.

Preparation

Mix the fruit pulp, banana, oats, honey (if using) in the blender and mix, adding oat milk a bit at a time until you reach the desired texture. Top with a few extra oat flakes. Enjoy!
