Cashews are rich in vitamin B3, phosphorus, iron and have a very high concentration of vitamin C. The fruit also contains zinc, which plays a vital role in strengthening the immune system against infections. Acerola has an even higher concentration of vitamin C - up to 80 times more than oranges - as well as vitamin B, antioxidants, Iron and Calcium.

Ingredients

For 1x 500ml smoothie:
1x Tropix Acerola
2x Tropix Cashew
1 ½ tbsp honey

Preparation

Run the pulp packs under warm water for a few seconds. This helps soften the pulp just enough so that it’s a little easier to slip out of its packaging. Combine Acerola, Cashew and honey in a blender and beat well. Add water slowly until you get the desired consistency. Serve in your favorite glass and enjoy!
