Acerola, strawberry and mint smoothie

This combination has quickly become one of our favorites! The sourness of Acerola pairs so well with the sweetness of the Strawberries and the refreshing aroma of the Mint. Plus, both fruits are rich in vitamins B and C that help your immune system. Acerola also contains loads of antioxidants, Iron and Calcium, while Strawberry contributes with its own antioxidants plus Zinc and fibers that help with the digestion.

Ingredients

For 2x 400ml smoothie:
2x Tropix Acerola
100g Strawberries, plus extra for decoration
100ml water
a handful of mint leaves

Preparation

Run the pulp packs under warm water for a few seconds. This helps soften the pulp just enough so that it’s a little easier to slip out of its packaging. Combine Acerola, strawberries and the mint in a blender and beat well, adding water slowly until you get the desired consistency. Add the extra strawberries for decoration to the side of the glass and enjoy!
