Make yourself at home a delicious and refreshing smoothie

We have created this recipe for our pop up Smoothie bar in June – and it was our best seller.

Hot summer days ask for extra-refreshing smoothies and this one really gets that right. Combining the vitamin C rich Cashew, the mild sweet of Mango, and natural isotonic coconut water we have created the perfect summer drink. 

Ingredients

For 1x 400ml smoothie:

  • 1x Tropix Cashew
  • 1x Tropix Mango
  • about 200ml Coconut water - in cubes if you want to make ahead

Preparation

Run the pulp packs under warm water for a few seconds. This helps soften the pulp just enough so that it’s a little easier to slip out of its packaging. Combine all ingredients and blend until creamy. Add coconut water a bit at a time until you reach the desired consistency (if making ahead, add a few of the coconut water cubes to the finished smoothie). Enjoy it cold in a hot day!
