Creamy graviola smoothie with oat milk and lemon

Graviola's very unique taste is a great start to any smoothie. This recipe adds oat milk - but you can replace with your favorite milk substitute or with milk itself - to make it a bit more filling, and a dash of lemon brings all the flavour together in a very refreshing way. Because the fruit is already naturally sweet, you probably won't need to add any sugar - but you are free to do so, as 100g of Graviola have only about 45 calories.

And healthy too! Graviola contains B vitamins, which are important for your metabolism and nerves; saponins, which act to control cholesterol and gain muscle mass; flavonoids, already well known for their anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial and antioxidant actions; and mineral salts such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, which help control blood pressure, bone health and muscle contraction, being very good for preventing cramps.


For 1 smoothie (about 300ml):
1x Tropix Graviola
200 ml oat milk (or regular milk, or another milk substitute)
Juice of ½ lemon


Run the pulp pack under warm water for a few seconds. This helps soften the pulp just enough so that it’s a little easier to slip out of its packaging. Combine all ingredientes in a blender and beat until you get the desired consistency. Serve cold.
