The creamy and fragrant cupuaçu pulp is widely used in Amazonian cuisine. The taste is similar to cacao - to which it is related - and resembles other fruits such as pear, banana and pineapple. But instead of imagining what it tastes like, why don't you give it a try?
We created this simple smoothie to give this exotic fruit the radiance it deserves.
Feel free to substitute oat milk for any other milk substitute.
Ingredients
For 1x 400ml smoothie:
- 1x Tropix Cupuaçu
- 1 banana
- 100ml oat milk
- Mint leaves
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in the blender at mid speed, until you reach a uniform texture. Top with a few extra mint leaves. Enjoy it cold!
