Lassi is a famous drink from India made with yogurt and a pinch of salt, with Mango lassi being a very popular choice of beverage in Indian restaurants. This version by Grace O gives a new spin on this staple by using graviola in place of the mango.
As you already know by now, Graviola provides antioxidants, vitamin C and riboflavin. Yogurt has beneficial probiotics that aid digestion and gut health. The finished drink is smooth, delicious and good for you. A win-win!
For 1x 400ml smoothie:
- 1x Tropix Graviola
- 200ml plain non-fat yogurt
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Run the Graviola pack under warm water for a few seconds. This helps soften the pulp just enough so that it’s a little easier to slip out of its packaging. Combine the yogurt, salt, honey and Graviola pulp in a blender and mix at low speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Garnish with the mint leaves if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
