This smoothie is a perfect start for your day - creamy and fresh, it combines two fruits that have lots of vitamins with yogurt, leaving you feeling sated and ready to take on all that is ahead.
If you want, you can easily replace the yogurt with milk or non-dairy milks. You can also flax seeds or chia seeds for extra fibers. You can also add honey make your Smoothie sweeter, but remember - Guava is already very sweet, and naturally low calorie.
For 2x 400ml smoothie:
2x Tropix Guava
1x Tropix Maracuja
(Optional) Flax seeds, chia seeds
(Optional) 1 tbsp honey
Run the Guava and Maracuja packs under warm water for a few seconds. This helps soften the pulp just enough so that it’s a little easier to slip out of its packaging. Mix in the blender the pulps and the yogurt and beat until you get a smooth and creamy drink. Sweeten if you find it necessary. Add in the seeds (if using) and blend quickly, you don't want them to be completely ground. Enjoy!
